Do I need to pay to try it?
No. Every account starts on the Free plan, which asks for no payment details and does not end.
Is there a subscription that renews by itself?
No. You pay for one period at a time, and nothing is taken from you after it. When the period is nearly over you choose whether to pay for the next one.
What is an AI credit?
One question to the assistant, whatever it takes to answer it. Approving or declining a command it proposes costs nothing. Credits are counted per calendar month, for your team as a whole.
What happens to my servers if I stop paying?
Nothing happens to the servers themselves: the dashboard never deletes or stops anything on them. The ones your plan has no room for are only suspended in the dashboard, which means they are not monitored and cannot be reached from it until there is room again.
Can I get my money back?
A payment is for a period that starts right away, so it is not refunded once the plan is active. If you were charged and the plan did not start, write to support@belajarhosting.com and we will put it right. The terms of service have the details.
Which ways of paying are there?
QRIS. You scan a code with the mobile banking app or e-wallet you already use. Cards and bank transfers by hand are not taken.
