Terms of Service

Last updated on October 15, 2026

In short: you connect servers that are yours, and by doing so you give the service root access to them, which it uses only for what you start from the dashboard. The AI assistant asks before it changes anything, and a command you approve is your decision. You pay for one period at a time and nothing renews by itself.

The sections below are what counts. This summary is only a guide to them.

1. These terms and you

belajarhosting.com ("the service", "we") is a dashboard for managing virtual private servers. These terms are the agreement between you and us about using it. You accept them when you create an account, and you confirm that with a tick on the registration form.

You may use the service if you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and are able to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use it for a company or another organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

2. What the service is

The service shows you how your servers are doing, lets you open a terminal on them from the browser, lets an AI assistant look into problems and run commands under the rules in section 5, and sends you alerts. What each part does is described on the features page.

We do not sell, rent or host servers. The servers you connect stay yours, with the provider you rent them from, under the agreement you have with that provider.

3. Your account

  • Give your real email address. We send the verification link, receipts and notices about your plan to it.
  • Keep your password to yourself and choose one you use nowhere else. We recommend switching on two-factor authentication.
  • You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once at support@belajarhosting.com if you think somebody else has access to it.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it or sell access to it. To let somebody else work on your servers, invite them to your team instead.

4. The access you give us to your servers

You connect a server by running an install command on it. That command installs our agent, which reports how the server is doing, and adds an SSH key that lets the service log in to that server as root, or as a user with sudo. This is a far-reaching access, and you give it knowingly.

We use it only for what you start from the dashboard:

  • terminal sessions that you open;
  • what the AI assistant does on your request, under the rules in section 5;
  • actions on the agent that you start, such as updating or removing it and replacing the SSH key.

Connect only servers that are yours or that you are allowed to administer. You can take the access away at any time by removing the server in the dashboard, or by running the uninstall command on the server itself.

Servers belong to a team. The owner of a team and its admins decide who else is in it, and with which role. A member can use the access described here on the servers of the team, as far as their role allows. Invite only people you trust with that, and remove them when they no longer need it. The owner of a team answers to us for what is done in it; every member answers for what they do with their own account.

We do not back up your servers. Keeping copies of what is on them is up to you, also before you run a command that changes them.

5. The AI assistant

The assistant is software that uses a language model. It reads what it can on your server, explains what it finds and proposes commands. Its rules are these:

  • Commands that only read run without asking you.
  • Any other command, and every change to a file, is shown to you as it would run and waits for your approval.
  • Commands that the service recognizes as destroying a server are not run at all.

The assistant can be wrong. Its explanations may be mistaken and a command it proposes may do something else than it says. A command you approve is run by your decision and on your responsibility. Read it before you approve it, and decline what you do not understand.

To answer you, the assistant sends your question and what it reads on your server to the provider of the language model. Do not point it at data you are not allowed to share. The Privacy Policy says more about this.

6. What you may not do

Do not use the service, or servers you manage through it:

  • to break the law, or to harm other people or their systems;
  • to get into systems or data you have no right to access;
  • to send spam or to spread malware.

And do not:

  • try to get around the limits of your plan or the rules of the assistant;
  • overload the service, probe it for weaknesses or interfere with other users;
  • copy, resell or rebrand the service or the agent.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@belajarhosting.com before telling anybody else, and give us reasonable time to fix it.

7. Plans and payment

Every account starts on the Free plan. What each plan allows and costs is shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard. We may change the limits of a plan; a change never deletes anything from your servers.

  • Paying. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah. A payment buys the paid plan for one period, whose length is shown before you pay. You pay with QRIS through our payment provider. The amount to pay may be a few hundred rupiah above the price, because the provider adds a code to tell payments apart; the invoice shows the exact amount.
  • No automatic renewal. Nothing is charged by itself. To keep the plan you pay for the next period.
  • When a plan ends. Your team is on the Free plan again. For a number of days, shown on the pricing page, everything stays as it was. After that the servers the Free plan has no room for are suspended in the dashboard until you pay again or remove servers. Nothing on the servers themselves is changed or deleted.
  • Refunds. A period starts when your payment arrives, so a payment is not refunded once the plan is active, unless the law gives you that right. If you paid and the plan did not start, or you were charged by our mistake, write to us and we will put it right or return the money.
  • Promotions. We may give the paid plan away for a time. A promotion ends on the date stated with it, and the plan ends with it unless you pay for a period.
  • Price changes. A new price applies to periods paid for after the change. A period you already paid for stays as it is.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your alerts arriving, but we do not promise that it is available without interruption or free of errors. Maintenance, problems at our providers or a fault of ours can make it unavailable for a while. Do not rely on it as the only way to reach your servers or to learn that one of them is down.

We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering the service altogether, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and return the part of a paid period that is still ahead.

9. What is ours and what is yours

The service, the agent and the name belajarhosting.com are ours. While you follow these terms you may use the service and install the agent on servers you connect to it.

Your servers and everything on them are yours. So is what you enter in the service. You allow us to store and process it as far as running the service for you needs it.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time: remove your servers, which takes our agent and our key off them, and ask us at support@belajarhosting.com to delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or has to be closed by law. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to put things right. When an account is closed we remove our access to its servers and delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes.

11. Our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:

  • what a command does that you ran in the terminal or approved for the assistant;
  • loss of data on your servers, or a server that stops working;
  • an alert that arrived late or not at all;
  • loss of profit, business or data that follows indirectly from using the service.

In any case our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the event it is about. None of this limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date on top tells when that last happened. When a change matters to how you use the service, we tell you by email or in the dashboard before it applies. If you go on using the service after a change applies, you accept it; if you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If we disagree about them, we first try to settle it by talking to each other. If that does not work within 30 days, the dispute goes to the court in Indonesia that has jurisdiction.

14. Contact
